We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay with extended family. The house was even roomier than we expected, the view was breathtaking, and all the little extras (plenty of towels, a well -appointed kitchen, all the paper products we needed, etc.) made for a very comfortable experience.

Beautiful property we stayed at for our sons wedding. We stayed here with 3 other families and there was plenty of room for all of us, it all worked out so so well. Kids enjoyed the rope swing and water so much. Adults hung out, grilled, played cards, relaxed on the HUGE relaxing back patio. Plenty of areas for parking.

Ample space

Our whole extended family enjoyed the sitting on the large deck and watching the sun set! This place is peaceful and just what our family needed. The house was clean and well stocked. S’mores by the fire, bubbles off the deck, and the rope were some of our favorite features. The hosts of the home are kind and generous in offering this space and all the amenities!

Amazing sunsets!

This particular area of Watts Bar Lake is probably the best view on the whole lake for sunsets. Aside from the views, the house is amazing with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We also made use of the boatlift, which is conveniently located in a community dock area below the house that’s easily accessible by golf cart. For those looking for hiking or running, there are plenty of roads and trails (just be aware, very hilly).

Exceptional stay

This house was amazing and the host was also amazing. They provided everything we could possibly need and then some. I've recommended it to several family and friends. Nature happens right outside the doors. Seen deer often. There was a small problem and the host handled it in record time. Great place and great people. They even surprised us with flowers. Overall just great!!!!!!! I will definitely stay here as many times as it's available.

What a View

This house by the lake is a good as it gets. From the largest room to the smallest details, everything was top notch. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a great family vacation.

Great place to stay

Our family of 14 spent an awesome week at this property. Our host Scott was very friendly and prompt in answering any questions we had. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property

We spent the most of our down time on the covered deck, watching lake traffic and sunsets. The property is on a pretty steep hill but they had a golf cart to travel down to shared dock. The kitchen was well stocked with apppliances and all you need to cook full meals. The AC kept up on VERY hot days. Clean bathrooms and stocked with towels and toiletries. Small yard on hill for pets to walk and a rope swing my kids loved!

Relaxing Cabin

Great cabin!! Enjoyed our coffee on the deck in the morning watching the deer. Plenty of room for the ten of us to play games and just hang out and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock.

Large, comfortable home by the lake

The home has numerous beds to accommodate a large family. The golf cart made getting to the lake easy. There are 3 sets of steep steps to get down to the dock. The favorite part of the house for the entire family was the covered back deck with ceiling fans that overlook the lake.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Cabin in the Sky!

This home is AWESOME!!! It was large enough to accommodate three families with plenty of space. It is has the most beautiful views. There is lake behind the property that you can access or you can take in the views from the back porch. It was clean and stocked well with towels and essentials. The owner was responsive and very thoughtful as there was a wonderful surprise waiting for me when I arrived. I highly recommend this place. It is worth it!

Sunsets from heaven

Beautiful spacious property. But the sunsets off the patio are the icing on the cake. Great communication with the property owner, when needed. Everything needed for the stay was in the house. I would definately stay there again.

our family and friends had a great vacation swimming at the dock and parking our jet skis at the slip was very convenient. bird seed available to watch the birds was nice. The owners communication was perfect. would recomend to anyone with a large group looking for a clean fun place

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the Ten Mile house. The views of the lake are incredible. We had a total of 13 people there and still had a couple beds to spare. We rented a pontoon and utilized the dock and lift. There is a sand bar a few miles north of the house that we spent the afternoon on - highly recommend. The golf cart also came in very handy. We would chose this house if we visit Watts Bar Lake again.

Family reunion- amazing !

We had 11 people- mostly adult with a couple teenagers. Plenty of room to hang or have some quiet time. The home is beautiful with books and games and a large table for dinner or family game time. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The house is well stocked and clean. Upper deck and lower porch were my favorite parts. Plenty of patio furniture to lounge and take in the views. We swam and used the inflatable rafts off the dock. It was calm clean water. We did use the golf cart to carry floaties down but the walk was tolerable. Be aware its a mountain - so hills. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for quiet, beautiful scenery. Especially large groups. No issues cooking for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. Host sent a list of where to find things to make the stay even better!
