Pessima esperienza
Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata negativa fin dal primo momento. Il signore che doveva consegnarci le chiavi non rispondeva nè al telefono né all’indirizzo riportato quindi abbiamo dovuto attendere 30 minuti al freddo cercando modi per fare il check-in.
La casa non era decisamente puliti a ed igienizzata: abbiamo trovato rimasugli di una merendina schiacciata sotto il secchio della spazzatura, le stoviglie erano sporche, il copri materasso sporco e con capelli.
Altra nota negativa il riscaldamento. Il riscaldamento ad aria raggiunge solo i 19 gradi e non essendo stati avvisati di come regolarlo e della temperatura massima, la mattina ci siamo svegliati con 16 gradi in casa. Comoda la stufa che ci ha tenuti al caldo ma purtroppo il proprietario non ci aveva subito fornito le informazioni sul dove reperire la legna e ci aveva lasciato un’esimia quantità di diavolina. Alla nostra richiesta di procurarcene altra ci siamo sentiti rispondere di andarcela a comprare.
Il prezzo comprendeva un sovrapprezzo per il riscaldamento, a questo punto é lecito chiedersi a cosa servisse se nemmeno la diavolina veniva fornita.

Siamo stati 4 gg nelle vacanze di capodanno; appartamento in pieno centro, tra i mercatini di Natale. Ben servito.
