🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is mandatory and must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay to cover potential incidentals and is released after checkout.
Quiet Hours: Located in a serene residential area; guests are asked to observe local quiet hours from 10 pm.
Property Note: Garage is shared with cleaners for the casita (accessed from the outside only; feel free to lock the interior door for privacy).
Pets: We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with prior approval. $100 per pet (non-refundable fee, per week or portion of a week). Please share your dog’s name, breed, and weight at the time of booking. Dogs must not be left unattended outdoors and must be respectful of furniture and space
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
