The Space:

Paseo Miraflores 42 welcomes you! This is an elegant, ocean-view vacation rental within the Las Catalinas Development conveniently located very near to the parking lot, which makes it so much easy to reach your car without the worries of extra expense on valet parking.



This tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a couple or a small family to spend time together. The master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity for your convenience, and beautiful mountain and ocean views. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and a bathroom next-door in the hallway. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. This property sleeps up to 4 guests, comfortably in upgraded mattresses, and linens.



The house has been nicely decorated and features a fully stocked kitchen, which upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Enjoy incredible ocean views from the comfort of your living room and private balcony. This property offers a luxurious and tranquil retreat where you can relax while gazing at the endless blue horizon. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze, breathtaking sunsets, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable stay. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo.



In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.



The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. Thank you so much for being a part of our community and for your understanding.  Parking on the main road is prohibited.

Daily Pass Options:



- Beach Club Adult Pass: At $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Reservations required.



- Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access.



- Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited.



- Visitors Day Pass: $70 USD + 13% VAT - $50 redeemable in consumables, accessible for visitors or anyone staying off condominium premises (Reservations Required), no Seasonal priority Limited Access.
