Casa Roberta has a spacious and modern open-plan design on a single level and features both indoor and outdoor living areas. Every aspect of the property has been designed to facilitate relaxing, socializing and entertaining, making it the ideal property for families or groups of friends to be together while also enjoying the option for some privacy.

The décor is Italian inspired, and the house is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home. The vibe is cozy but with special touches of quality to remind you that you’re somewhere special. For your comfort, air conditioning units have been installed throughout the house.

Flat screen, smart TVs are provided in each bedroom and the two living areas giving you the choice to enjoy a movie on your favorite streaming service from the comfort of the couch or from your bed. No need to argue over titles when you can send the kids to watch theirs elsewhere! All the technology is powered by a high-speed WiFi service in case you need to catch up on your emails or host a video call.

LIVING SPACE

Open plan living room that flows into the kitchen equipped with lounge furniture, books to read and a Smart TV. There’s also a great living room outside!

BATHROOMS

There are 2 full bathrooms with toilets, marble vanities, bidets and walk-in rain showers. One of the bathrooms is an ensuite to the Master bedroom and the other bathroom is shared by the second and third bedrooms.

LAUNDRY

Full laundry room with a large sink for scrubbing, a washer/dryer combo and a clothesline has been installed in the garden for drying clothes. Hampers are included in both bathrooms.

INTERNET

Casa Roberta provides high speed WiFi (325MBPS/15MBPS). This enables excellent capacity for streaming for entertainment, video calling and general Internet usage.

CLEANING AND COVID STANDARDS

The house is thoroughly cleaned between stays, paying particular attention to Covid requirements, and a maid service is provided once per week for longer stays. The pool is cleaned weekly.

SECURITY

Casa Roberta is secured by an 8-foot wall and a sliding gate that can be controlled remotely. Security cameras, motion sensor floodlights and an alarm system have been added to provide you with peace of mind.
