This elegant beachfront villa offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and upscale living, featuring 7 beautifully appointed bedrooms—each with a private en-suite bathroom. Designed with relaxation and sophistication in mind, every suite opens onto a private balcony or patio, where you can savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails with stunning ocean views.

Set directly on the soft sands of Potrero Beach and nestled behind a secure gate, this home provides the ideal combination of seclusion and accessibility. Enjoy the ease of walking to nearby restaurants, beach bars, and the vibrant new Flamingo Marina with its upscale dining and boutique shops—all just a short stroll along the shoreline.

The outdoor living area is a private oasis made for entertaining. Take a dip in the shimmering beachfront pool, unwind beneath the shaded Palapa, or fire up the BBQ for al fresco dining with the sound of the waves in the background. POOL: Pool with outdoor shower and pool changing room and bathroom.

BBQ: Large BBQ located next to kitchen.

GOLF CART: 6 Person Golf Cart is included with rental (additional damage deposit is required at check in of $1000 held on a credit card released on departure)

HOUSEKEEPING: Daily housekeeping is included with your stay at no additional costs.

PRIVATE CHEF/COOK:
Grocery stocking is available for the cost of food, plus a 20% service fee. Upon request, we can arrange for an Executive Chef to prepare a special meal for you, with average dinner prices ranging from $59 per person, per day (including food). We can also arrange wine pairing from our local sommelier, offering a large selection of high-end wines from around the globe.

BEACH TOYS AND PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards, Kayaks, Boogie Boards, Surfboards and Beach Volleyball to use.

BICYCLES: There are 4 beach cruiser bicycles available for use during your stay.

POTRERO / FLAMINGO BEACH: Seaside community of Surfside / Playa Potrero. A hidden tropical paradise carefully tucked away in the province of Guanacaste along Costa Rica's north pacific Gold Coast. World famous for its amazing weather, abundant restaurants, bars and pristine beaches, Surfside Potrero and the neighboring community of Playa Flamingo are at the epicenter of everything Costa Rica. Whether it's dining seaside, surfing, beach hopping, hiking and biking in the hills, snorkeling or deep-sea fishing, the sister communities of Surfside and Playa Potrero are two perfect places to relax.

BEACH CHAIRS: There are 16 Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with a few coolers for your days at the beach.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Liberia international airport is a short 45-minute drive. We can arrange a shuttle for your group for $25 per person each way.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION: This can be arranged with our concierge during your stay.

EXCURSIONS: We can arrange boat tours, fishing, Jungle excursions and may more. Ask about all the different trips we can arrange.

PRIVATE EVENTS: We allow private events and have the ability to help you make all arrangements.

DRINKING WATER: The water at the Villa is safe for drinking.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

NIGHTLY PRICING: Nightly rate is based off of 14-person occupancy. There is an additional $30 per person per night
