Enter this condo on the lobby level (third floor) and walk into the open dining area with seating for six guests and living room with a gas fireplace, balcony facing the mountainside (forest view) and queen sleeper sofa. The living room is open to the kitchen with granite counter-tops and a breakfast bar with seating.
The bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two twins, TV and a bathroom with shower/tub combo. Every unit at the Bear Creek Lodge includes a fan, humidifier, hairdryer, coffee maker, starter coffee, and robes.
The Bear Creek Lodge offers free fiber wireless internet access, a fitness center, newly-remodeled outdoor year-round heated pool and hot tubs, grills, a fire pit, sauna and a free shuttle for guest use within Mountain Village. The pool, hot tub and shuttle operation hours vary. Please consult the front desk for hours during your stay.
Parking at the Bear Creek Lodge is NOT guaranteed. One parking spot per unit may be available on a first-come, first-served basis for $30 per night. Parking fees will be charged at check-in. If parking is not available at the lodge, parking is available at the Gondola Parking Garage for $30 per night. Quick stay to get away
Location, cleanliness were all great.
The negatives stem from a couple points not just aesthetics.
- Very dated decor. While not a show stopper by any means, there's just an overwhelming maple brown tone which was great 15 years ago. Could greatly benefit from a refresh
-The REAL negatives that made for an unfavorable stay (symptom of dated decor). The pullout bed is sooo OLD. So old that the mattress is unusable. They may have noticed this at some point because we found an air mattress in the closet... sadly there was not pump for the air mattress. We reached out to the front desk, gratefully they scrounged for one, sadly there are two holes in the air mattress. So the pullout was useless and made sleeping horrible. So much for sleeps 4.
Please take some time to do a complete assessment of furniture and useability.
