A favorite!

We love this condo and have stayed there twice now. It's convenient to the gondola, all the food and shopping that downtown has to offer, and nature views from both the front and back of the condo. We love it!

Nice in-town condo

This condo is in a great location! Close to the gondola and walking distance to everything in town. The condo has a great layout for a family of four. It has some nice updates but could be greatly improved with better towels, sheets, area rugs, cups and glassware.

Perfect Location in Town of Telluride

Excellent location 5 minute walk from the free Gondola & 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants on Colorado Avenue.The condo is as advertised with plenty of room for a family of 4. Very clean and spacious with convenient parking.I highly recommend this condo if you are traveling to Telluride, especially during ski season!

Exactly what we wanted!

Left Florida hoping for a relaxing, beautiful, “snowy” place to stay for 7 days…Found the absolute perfect place at Riverside! Beautiful view. Minutes from gondola to Mountain Village. Restaurants, shopping, and groceries within a 2 block radius. Everything was perfect! We’ll be back next year!

AUTUMN COLORS GETAWAY

My wife and I enjoyed a week in Telluride at these beautiful condominiums that we had originally stayed in when they were new in the late '80s. I'm sure they have been remodeled because they are nicer now than back then !

Wonderful!

This condo is perfectly located along the river trail with a patio view and the sound of the river adding to comfort and relaxation. The beds were very comfortable, the showers beautiful, and the kitchen spacious and well stocked with quality dishes and cookware. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Condo

This was our first trip to Telluride and we wanted something close to town but still on the quieter side and this condo was absolutely perfect. It is on the edge of town but within 2 blocks of downtown and on the river. A short 5 minute walk on the walking trail along the river took you to the gondolas for stunning views. Being able to sit on the back deck and while enjoy the river and mountain views was the icing on the cake. This condo was gorgeous, clean, and just all around great. Avant Stay group was very informative and friendly. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing Riverside Condo

We had an awesome stay at this Condo. We arrived to a very clean condo. The bedrooms on the first floor and the living and kitchen on the second floor. Both bathrooms appear to be recently remodeled and are very nice. The shower in both is super nice. The kitchen was very convient for making breakfast and also a meal We made for lunch one day! The condo is close to everything, which makes it very nice. It is within 10 steps of the entrance to bear creek trail, which is a must hike to see the waterfall. We could see and hear the San Miguel River from one of the bedrooms and also the balcony, and we loved it! There is a long walking trail along the river, which we did a lot during our stay. Again, within just a few steps of the condo and you are on the trail. The city park is within walking distance and we loved it, as it was close to another set of trails that ended up in the bear creek trail. Telluride Gondola is within 5 minutes walking distance of the condo and it was so cool. It is a free gondola to the mountain village and we use it several times to go there and hike one of the trails back to the station at the top of the mountain. There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Downtown area is also within 5 minutes walking distance of this condo. Overall, we loved our stay at this condo and we will definitely come back again! Thank you team AvantStay for making our vacation a memorable one!

Great location, Clean

This condo was a short 2 block walk to the main gondola station. There are plenty of restaurants, retail within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect for a family of 4. The bathrooms have been nicely updated and the shower had good pressure. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, and the Smart TV in the living room was nice.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time! The management team was super communicative, and the condo was very comfortable. We’d love to stay here again. (Suggestion: bring your own pillows if you’re a sensitive sleeper!)

Can’t wait to go back

We were in Telluride for a wedding and other family members stayed in the same condo complex, which was so convenient. Our condo was the perfect place to stay - a quick walk to shops and restaurants, right by the creek and a wonderful walking path and across the street from the trailhead to Bear Creek Falls. The condo was set up with everything we needed, including all kitchen necessities and plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The view was great. We felt comfortable and right at home.

Pro: Great location, very nice place, fireplace, great master bedroom, large bathrooms with nice walking showers great deck with wonderful view. Two blocks from Main Street (Colorado Blvd) Con: no bathroom upstairs where living room, dinning and kitchen are. Overall: Great place to stay. I recommend it.
