This place was incredible. From the moment we arrived Jose was very nice and the rest of the staff was very accommodating. The grounds of the hotel are top notch and the rooms are perfect. My wife and I stayed in a one bedroom suite and there was more than enough room for both of us. Would recommend this hotel a hundred times over. Thank you for an amazing stay.

My family enjoyed our third stay at the Lumiere earlier this month and can't wait for our next trip back. The staff is exceptional, and this unique property Is the most comfortable property we've ever stayed.

Great experience at the Lumiere. Just a short weekend trip for us but had a great time in Telluride. The Lumiere was very warm and welcoming. Great location in the mountain village and within walking distance to the gondola which we could ride to town in the evening if desired. The Black Tie ski rental was so convenient. Located right in the hotel, they set us up with top of the line equipment and brought our skis right near the bottom of the chairlift. All of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Had everything we needed plus some. Thank you to all the staff; Jose, Victor, Tommy, Nara. Will be back!

Lumiere Hotel, why can't all hotels be like you? I can best describe this place in 3 words: Service Service Service! As a previous hotel concierge myself working for the Park Hyatt in my youth, I know when staff are properly trained and this hotel has definitely got that right. From the moment we checked in and greeted warmly by Victor, and again by Jack who took our bags to the room and showed us around to our fantastically clean clean clean accommodations, this place has got their act together! Kudos by the way to the housekeeping staff who not only clean the place immaculately but also pay attention to every detail. I mean they even neatly wrap up the iPhone cable when not in use and neatly display your toiletries!. Turn down service another great job! Did I mention housekeeping was great? Breakfast was fantastic every morning with a different free hot entree you can order along with the abundant spread of other breakfast items such as bagels, granola, cereals, yogurt, fruits, etc. just a great selection! Black tie ski valet who are housed inside the hotel was another added benefit. Great personnel there who were super helpful. Slope is several yards away with skis ready to take on the mountain! If you have enough energy, the little workout area has several machines and is open 24 hours. Worked out once and it was great! To the newish owners: kudos to you for gathering such a great group of staff who really know service, even better than, and I'll say it, better than any Four Seasons staff! Bravo!

I cannot say enough about the Lumiere. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Having Black Tie right on site is also a huge plus. The Lumiere is great for a quite and private stay in Telluride. Very convenient to the slopes (ski in/out) and very convenient to Mountain Village. We booked a hotel room and were upgraded to an amazing 3 bedroom condo. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you to all the staff for your professionalism, kindness and hospitality.

The Lumeire Hotel is a very user friendly a Hotel situated right on the Mountain Ski/in ski out. From the moment we arrived we we're welcomed as if family. The one bedroom condo is huge with all mod cons. The housekeeping staff are polite & well trained....my only complaint is the small thick wineglass plus heavy plates & coffee mugs... Why not thinner glass wear?

We had the pleasure of staying at the Lumiere this past weekend. Our stay was nothing short of incredible from the time we arrived until the moment we left. The Lumiere staff was incredibly professional, helpful, genuine and courteous! Jose made us feel at home the moment we pulled up and Trevor treated us as family! Our room was beautiful, the amenities were outstanding and the food was delicious. We were so grateful for the convenient access to the slopes and ability to store our skis/boots in the Lumiere's fantastic slopeside gear room. We would highly recommend the Lumiere to anyone looking for a luxurious getaway in the heart of Telluride!

We were welcomed, warmed and surrounded with hospitality. Lumiere is a comfortable stay that included outstanding accommodations as well as outgoing and friendly staff. Attention to detail is never spared and the personable culture is a standard. We would stay here again!

The place is in a great location right off the shops and restaurants in mountain village. The place is dog friendly, which is always a plus for me. The room is fairly roomy with a small kitchen. There is one hot tub and a small pool outside. The staff are friendly and helpful. The reception is found in the 2nd floor, and it looks more like an office, not a true hotel reception area, which made it a bit unique from other hotels I've stayed at. This place gives me more of a condo-like vibe rather than a hotel, so it really depends on your preference. It's a nice place to stay at.

Lumiere is a nice place to stay but has the feel of a condo more than a hotel. The rooms are large with decent decor although the furniture doesn't seem like top notch quality. The room had a kitchenette which was nice but the king bed was two twins put together which I didn't prefer. The front desk host who checked us in at night was excellent and made check in simple and pleasant. The hotel pool and hot tub located outside and accessible 24 hours is a plus. When checking out I was not granted a later check out which I didn't like. They couldn't even spare an extra hour. That led me to switch the to the Inn at Lost Creek which was the better of the choices. The inn at lost creek was more accommodating to my request for early and later check out and made my transition from Lumiere to Inn at Lost Creek easy. My main reason for switching hotels was the lack of a hotel feeling, room quality being mediocre, two elevators to get to room and not granting a later check out was the cherry on top.
