Double Eagle Retreat

This beautiful home is surrounded by golf course views and a beautiful mountain scenery, as well. The home is 5 minutes from the ski lift and 15 minutes to the town of Telluride. The oversized living/dining rooms and kitchen form a great room dominated by two-story windows with tremendous views of Wilson Peak. A family room on the first floor and a game room on the third level allows additional rooms for privacy of family members. Three Bedrooms with three bathrooms are located on the first floor. There is a half bath down on the bottom level, too. The master bedroom suite and bathroom are on the main level.

The master suite includes a king bed, large walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a steam shower and oversized jacuzzi tub. There is a fireplace located in the master bedroom, too. Large windows allow for a gorgeous view of the mountains. On the lower level another master bedroom has a steam shower and king size bed. One of the bedrooms has a king bed and a bathtub/shower. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and the bathroom has a bathtub/shower. There is an extra room for people to hang out, play games, and watch TV. The laundry room is located on the bottom level and has a washer and two dryers.

A large deck extends around the great room allowing you to sit outside and enjoy the views of the mountains and to watch deer and wild life wander in the area. Grill available outside. The outside of the home is built with beautiful stone and railroad ties from an old train station were used outside near the entryway. There is a large driveway for cars to be parked. The hot tub and outside patio furniture can be accessed through the sitting room downstairs. There is a beautiful yard and seating area downstairs to enjoy the views from as well.

The home is decorated inside with beautiful stone, railroad ties that are hand painted in the living area. The main floor has heated floors and there are two fireplaces in the main area. The kitchen area is open to the other areas of the main floor, so guests can enjoy cooking on a Viking stove/oven while visiting in this gorgeous area. The dining room table will seat 8-10 and there are bar stools for extra seating.

Accommodations in Telluride cancellation policy:

The first payment of 33% is due at the time of booking, and the second payment will be taken 30 days before your arrival. Cancellations received after the first payment is received may forfeit the entire deposit unless the property is rebooked for part or all of your dates booked. If the property is rebooked, the first payment will be returned in part or whole (depending on the amount of rebooked dates) less the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total amount paid. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or after full payment has been received are non-refundable, unless the property is rebooked, in which case all or a partial amount paid will be returned less the cancellation fee.
