The condo is cute and clean however, there were many issues. The first being at check in as I already had a signed contract so I went direct to the unit as the email stated. I had no codes but I did have a parking permit. I called to see where to park and was told this condo didn't come with a space (which was advertised but why, then, did I have a permit). I was told that parking in both garages was free all day and $25 per night. Incorrect. Parking in the Heritage garage is only free for the first two hours and is $35 per night. Charlene said there was free parking in Telluride. I called the Town of Telluride to find out where the "free lot" was...they don't have one. Charlene was nice enough to email me the codes so I could get in the unit but it was VERY confusing trying to find the unit based on the emailed instructions.
Once I finally got into the unit, I thought it was quaint and efficient for my needs. However, there were two TV remote controls (one for the blue ray player and one for the TV), the TV remote was "GE" but the TV was not GE and did not work the TV, even after pressing the "TV" button. I did not watch any TV for my stay (not a big deal but there should probably be a working remote somewhere). I also went to the market and wanted to put things in the fridge, which did not work, even after adjusting it to the coldest setting. I had to throw out the refrigerated food I bought. Finally, one of the instructions for staying in the condo says to take the trash out upon departure but does not provide instruction as to where said trash needs to go.
The stairs up to the loft are VERY steep and narrow to the point where getting a suitcase up them is a challenge. I chose not to even try and just left my suitcase downstairs.
Again, this condo met my needs for the weekend but I would not stay here again.
