Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They were undergoing renovations which I wasn’t aware of at time of booking and I could barely get to my room due to materials and cords blocking the hallways and my door. While I was asleep someone used a key to try enter my room and if I hadn’t locked the deadbolt they would’ve been able to enter! All rooms surrounding mine were being renovated with doors left wide open day and night. Front desk admitted twice that construction crews had a master key! Alarming!! My room was already renovated too! Why would they need to get into my room!! Breakfast was also gross. Hard boiled eggs were already days old my first morning there, and they hadn’t put fresh ones out my entire 3 nights stay. Who knows how old the eggs were when I had first arrived! Bread was stale. No milk for cereal. They state free breakfast but served grey eggs. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The hotel was under renovations. Building materials and rubbish were in the hallways. There was no tv or phone in the room, it was still being renovated. I called the hotel around 5pm to see if I needed to advise them that I would be arriving late and there was no mention of renos. Upon arrival, the desk clerk was checking in 2 other guests and when she got to me, she didn’t even ask me my name she just said I'll show you the room cause you probably won't want to check in. I was lucky and was able to get a room at another hotel.

Girl at desk was ignorant and didnt supply us with any info on the renos bring done. Nor did she tell us our room had no working phone, wifi, ac, tv, shampoo or coffee but she more then happily took our $145!! She moved us to another room but WE had to make it happen!! Capri is changing to Best Western hopefully they will be more professional in their new company!!

The property is completely gutted for renovations and they are trying to rent rooms for $200 plus a night. There is ripped out drywall and old mattresses in the hallways the doors are all off. The room they tried to rent me had a broken shower and towel rack and the carpet was stained and smelled really bad. Thank goodness I didn't prepay. She also said that if I would have called directly she would have only charged $169 plus taxes. I don't think so. Disgusting that they would even try to be open

The toilet paper holder fell off when touched. The towel bar fell off when touched. The coffee maker was missing parts so could not be used to make coffee. The TV did not work as not connected to anything. The continental breakfast had hard boiled eggs at room temperature, not on ice as they should be kept. They people we were traveling with had no pillows in there room. No TV at all in the room. A light hanging by wires. Yes the hotel was under renovation but they should not have been accepting guest as they were clearly not ready to properly have people staying there

The whole building was under construction, the room was really dirty, the toilet was literally leaking my morning bathroom all over the floor and the duvet had blood stains on it.

I suppose it’s not fair for me to give a review, since the hotel was going through a complete remodeling process. The hallways were filled with cabinetry to walk around, and things were a bit cluttered and dirty as a result of the construction process.

The hotel was under renovation and we were not informed at any point after booking. When i checked into my room furniture was missing, the walls were half painted, and there were no covers on the oultets. I had no phone, no bedside table, no lamps, no garbage can or recycling. When i asked them to fix the issue i was met with pushback and lack of willingness to help. Through our entire stay the place was naoisy with renovation noise and the halleays were crowded with reno supplies and difficult to walk down.

Me and my daughter checked in (obviously having requested 2 beds) Argued with me that I didn’t request that. Had to get out my Expedia app and show her myself… eventually couldn’t argue with me… gave us a room… we had to walk through an unsafe construction zone… got to room.. and it was occupied…. Had to go back down .. wait for another room… eventually got one but 2 smaller beds than I paid for … loud construction first thing in the morning

Motel should not be open, it’s an active renovation / construction site with debris in the hallway and rooms. This could not meet fire code. The only furniture in the room was a bed, cleanliness was marginal, carpet was filthy, towels were stained. Walls were half painted and there were electrical wires on the floor. We cannot recommend at this time

This motel is beyond disgusting. There is no sign up that says the motels name, the room was so disgusting. Reserved a two queen meds with a standard, tv, mini fridge, bathroom. Nope! Brought to a room with a double bed, no tv, just wires hanging, a mini fridge that didn't work, peeling wallpaper. I can't put into words how disgusting this was.
