Finca La Suerte Grande is a 35,000-square-meter agricultural estate located in Telde, featuring a wide variety of fruit trees. Rarely will you find such natural surroundings right in the city; the property was restored and opened to guests in 2022. The estate offers 7 vacation homes, each set in different areas of the grounds—please note, this is not a hotel. The Iris apartment is part of La Casona, which also includes Musa, Lis, Cala, and Dalia. Iris accommodates up to 3 guests and features a living room with kitchen, bathroom, two single beds, a sofa bed, and a private terrace. Guests at Iris share amenities with five other apartments: the pool, pergola, washer, and dryer are all communal. Free parking is available on the property.
