The property was not as pictured. We did not stay. No elevator or staff to carry luggage up stairs, room was teeny and “balcony” was so small and over looked construction garbage area. Bathroom was so small, no tub and did not resemble the pictures not to mention would have been quite difficult for 2 in this room

The hotel seems to draw a very shady crowd. The walls are paper thin. Better to choose a different hotel in Tel Aviv
This is not a good choice for a hotel. There is no elevator, the rooms are dirty and run down, the building is very old and the service is terrible. We had bugs in our room and they gave us a bottle of bug spray... disgusting!!! They don’t even apologize for the bugs or offer to do anything about it other than give me a bottle of spray. Terrible. The only good things about the hotel is the location and breakfast is surprisingly good. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Very nice location one block from the beach and about a 30 min walk to Jaffa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Very happy with my decision to stay at the Bell Boutique Hotel.

When I lost my phone at the train station, the hotel staff did an exceptional job of helping me to recover it. This was not a trivial task, and they really deserve to be commended.
Close to everything, walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
Love the view. Love love the shower!! They have no elevator! That was a problem with 2 suitcases and being at the top floor
This hotel is in a great location. It could be noisy at night if you are facing the street. There is no elevator. This is a perfectly adequate hotel for a short stay.

Great little hotel near the beach with a rooftop deck (no bar!) and a spa. Comes with free breakfast and rooms were good. Mine was a single and small, but, okay for a single. This property has no elevators, so, if you are lugging a heavy suitcase like I was... I would stay here again!
