The apartment is fully furnished with elegant and new furniture . It has full of light. Very close to Public Transportation and a few minutes walk from the beach, Rotchild st, Neve Tzekdek st,Bars and many attractions. The apartment has excellent facilities for either the elderly or disabled & Accessible parking space.

A brand new apartment full equiped with all the emenities . There are 1 big livingroom (50mtrs.) And one bedroom (12 mtrs) , balcony and private parking in the building parking lodge.
