I stayed in this hotel during my visit to Tel Aviv. The hotel is in the middle of the business district in Tel Aviv, on the other side of the street there are a few medical centers. I was on the second floor, on the edge near the street. Bare in mind that traffic continues 24/7 and make sometime a lot of noise in my room i couldn't open a window because of the noise, luckily i had airco. Wifi was on this remote room in the hotel very slow, not enough to stream or to Skype. My room was above the place where a lot of people were outside taking a smoke. No fun when you are trying to sleep. Breakfast was quite good ! In general this hotel didn't stand out in service and comfort. Before my arrival i emailed to hotel to ask about the size of the beds (as I'm quite long) but i still have to receive a response. That is bad for a hotel ! The lady at the reception was not very friendly to me and my colleagues.

It was great stay at Leonardo. Very comfortable, clean, good service and extremely top quality and variety of breakfast. Room along with TV and free WiFi add comforts. Highly recommended for business trips.

Very good hotel not in the beach side but great location for business, excellent service. Top breakfast. clean room. Parking nearby. Reasonable price. Very much highly recommend. Not my first time here and I am continuing to come again

This is a clean and nice Boutique hotel. Located in the heart of Tel-Aviv's business district . Breakfast nice and fresh. Rooms are small but functional. The lounge is great. There is also a nice gym inside. Parking can be difficult. Many good restaurants nearby

This is the second time I have stayed at Leonardo Boutique on a business trip this year. The building itself is nice and newer than other hotels. The service however, is fantastic! Everyone, from the front desk to the house keeping are very friendly. I had a few minor issues that were quickly remedied by the staff. There is parking behind the hotel (with an access gate) as well as under the hotel. I used both with no problems. If something is important to you about your trip, contact the hotel ahead of time for clarification. The receptionists will do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. I look forward to staying at Leonardo Boutique on my next business trip.

When i travel to Israel for business, I have been staying at the Leonardo Boutique hotel for over 7 years now and can tell you that the great service I found during their early days has only grown to be a world class service-based hotel. The staff is always kind and accommodating, the food is excellent, the lounge is always bustling and location is great for the high-tech business traveller such as myself!

Such a terrible experience that I sincerely regret my decision not to walk out at midnight upon arrival and just sleep in my car somewhere. That would have been a better choice. They advertise parking, but have none. That was a key criteria for which I booked this hotel. To find out they lied....I would have booked elsewhere!! Pointing customers to nearby public lots which may or may not have space and may or may not be convenient is *NOT* a hotel that offers parking. Any hotel could claim this. It is a lie and an attempt to defraud customers. The entire premise for my stay was their fraud. Upon arrival, there was no place to stop my car to check in. What hotel doesn't even have a place to drop off and unload? I could not just stop on the street, so I pulled off towards the entrance to an adjacent parking garage, which resulted in my being subjected to a screaming verbal tirade in Hebrew while in the hotel lobby by someone who walked in, while the hotel staff just stood by and allowed him to continue. The bath towel in the room was a shredded rag, fraying on all sides and literally falling apart. For the 2 nights I was there, there was no hot water in the shower. Tepid is the best way to describe it under ideal conditions, but it was cold enough to be uncomfortable. The manager promised it was fixed after my first night, but it was not. Another lie. Clearly a pattern. The shower did not drain properly. Each time I showered, nearly 2" of water accumulated in the stall, causing it to almost overflow and flood out onto the bathroom floor. Again the manager said this was fixed when it was not. The chair in the room is stained, and there are visible stains on the floor in the hallway. The later is hard to see simply due to the very dim lighting. It would probably look disgusting if they had brighter lighting. It seems almost as if they use the "boutique" status to hide their poor maintenance of the facility. Finally, the manager sent me a text message offering a discount on my first night as "compensation". I considered that grossly inadequate, but at least it was a start. When I went to check out, no mention had been given to the front desk. When they called the manager, she outright lied and said that only applied if I stayed another night. Another lie and another scam. I had to show the front desk staff the message in writing, and the front desk clerk finally chose to abide by what I had in writing and disregard what a manager was telling her to do. Bottom line....terrible facility, terrible attention to detail, terrible maintenance, rampant lies and fraud used to suck people into staying there. One of the worst hotel stays I've experienced. The only good part was leaving. Don't stay here. Ever. For any reason.

Great for business. Excellent breakfast and courteous service. Go to the business lounge and try Barkan Cabernet Sauvignon. If you have any questions or requests ask for Roni Adereth - an impeccable lady in charge of your stay. Many thanks, Roni!

Spotless clean, fantastic service, check in and out was less than a minute combined. Breakfast incredible and location for my needs spectacular. The guest relation girls are great too. Super wide choice of restaurants and bars right next to it. I cannot reccomend this hotel enough. It is truly a gem.

The hotel was ideally placed for visiting a family member in hospital across the road but also for business and shopping. The building was very cleverly designed and the decor splendid, if a little too modern form my old-fashioned taste. The hotel was very quiet though full, clean and the staff both friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the business club first class.
