Welcome to our beautiful and cozy apartment in Tel Aviv's Kerem HaTeimanim neighborhood! This fully furnished apartment is located in a brand new building that was completed in 2023, and is perfect for short-term rentals, whether you're visiting Tel Aviv for business or pleasure.

The apartment features two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet for storage. The living room has a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The dining area has a table that seats six, perfect for enjoying meals or working from home.

The apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils and cookware. You'll also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the apartment to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The modern bathroom is newly renovated and features a spacious shower with glass doors, a modern sink with a large mirror, and plenty of towels for your use.

Dear guests, You are welcome to our new HaKerem apartments. The price include everything exept electricity. Electricity cost is 0.75 shekel per kwt.
We don't charge until 50 shekel. so if you switch off electricity when you are out of not an apartment. you don't pay at all.
