Tehachapi is the hidden city of California with 4 seasons. Mountain park has hiking trails, camping sites. The log cabin is walking distance from the mountain park. 20 acre lot is isolated from the neighbors, only wild animals can be seen, enough parking for 10 or more cars, much snow during winter time. Still 3 miles to the town center.
Bring your pets. There are 3 dogs and 3 cats in the property and they are very friendly.
Dogs are in the deck area and cats are inside the cabin. They keep the property from the wild animals.
Let me know if the guest has any pet allergy in advance.

We refused to stay in this house
We did not stay we arrived at the house and it was unacceptable. 3 large dogs in the patio of the house with no supervision. A clear danger, kitchen smelled like dog urine. refrigerator was out side on the front porch. one "bed" was a flat hard platform with a 2 inch pad, not even a mattress. Cat food and litter boxes everywhere. 4 at least. half the bedrooms had no hallway, it went from bedroom to bedroom. you could not get to a bedroom unless you walk through one. Not enough beds. he said there were more mats for the floor. The house was unacceptable to my entire party.

Beautiful Cabin
I spent Christmas eve and Christmas day with my husband's family in this beautiful cabin, and this is the first year we spent Christmas altogether, and the experience was excellent. Sam and his wife are excellent hosts, they provided us with extra blankets and futons to keep us warm, and they even provided us with food. Overall it was a beautiful experience.
