In the main floor you will find bedroom 4, bathroom 3, the living area, the kitchen and the laundry area.

First floor you will find, main bedroom and bathroom 1, bedroom 2, bedroom 3 and bathroom 2.

In the basement you will find a family area with a tv room, a working space, and a play area for the children.

In the residential there is a playground for children.

Costa Teguise is a tourist area on the east coast of the Spanish island of Lanzarote. It was built intentionally to accommodate tourism, and prior to building commencing the streets were planned, constructed, and serviced in advance.

It is known for its sandy beaches, such as Las Cucharas beach, which is very popular for water sports.

The Aquarium of Lanzarote, which is 8 minutes driving, has numerous marine species, as well as an underwater tunnel and pools for contact with animals. In the bustling Pueblo Marinero square, designed in part by local artist César Manrique, there are restaurants and shops. To the west of the town, the Aquapark has slides, pools and zip lines; and there is also a golf course just 5 minutes driving from the villa.

There is a bus stop and a taxi stops 4 minutes walking from the villa.

A big supermarket is just behind the village.

The sea is just 400 meters from the village.
