Todos son muy amables. Nuestra habitación estuvo a dos pasos de la alberca y nos dieron a elegir entre planta baja o planta alta. El desayuno normal pero suficiente. Recomiendo ampliamente. Muchas gracias por hacer grata nuestra estadía.

Emerald cost stop

The address information is not accurate I was expecting to find the hotel in Tecolutla but is on the high way 30 or 40 minutes away. The bathroom is bigger than the room, not enough space to storage luggage and room door is trans lucid so pretty light up early in the morning. Construction site next door very noisy hammering at 8:00 am and the service at the breakfast area was poor. Over all the rate is too expensive no worth it to pay for this service and the place.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Cuando mucho hace falta una renovada a las habitaciones, se ven viejitas. Con pequeños detalles se haría una gran diferencia. Las 2 tinas qué nos tocaron estaban parchadas y una muy feo. Las llaves igual en muy mal estado. Los jardines son muy bellos y tiene entrada al mar.
