Stunning Holiday Townhouse

Great family townhouse with plenty of room to spread out, so all of can enjoy your holiday

Two spacious living areas, allowing the gentle breezes to flow through the home with its high ceilings and sliding glass doors that open out onto the private patio, which is complete with outdoor setting and plus overlooks the landscaped grounds. A Modern and spacious kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, very handy breakfast bar and quality appliances.

All bedrooms have built-in robes, wall to wall carpet while the main bedroom features an ensuite and walk in robe. Garage and carport allow plenty of room for parking.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.

-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

We stayed here with our two year old twins and it was so boring that we left on the second day. They don't supply anything-no linen, no toilet paper etc. The couches were dirty and the neighbourhood is so boring. Definitely do not recommend this place.

Great location. Needs some upkeep

The townhouse was located in a great part of town. Only a short walk from all the cafes. Unfortunately although the accommodation was nice there were a few issues with it. Firstly the photos from the website showed a nice back patio with tables and chairs. This area was overrun with weeds. The majority being about 1ft in length making this area not enjoyable to sit in the afternoon. The walls of the townhouse were covered in scuff marks, possibly dirty hand prints and in one area of the loungeroom what appeared to be splashed red cordial on the wall. The townhouse had aircon but unfortunately only down stairs. On our second night it was a humid night and there was about a 10 degree Temperature difference between upstairs and down. Upstairs has all the bedrooms and even though each room is equipped with ceiling fans the heat was unbearable. So we had to sleep downstairs. Apart from this there was no major issues. The rest of the place itself was clean. The bathrooms were well presented and the kitchen had all the required appliances, which were clean. The check-in staff were nice and accompanied a late checkout
