Lovely lake view, modern new unit with washer, kitchenette, stove, microwave, fake but nice fireplace. Walking distance into town for shopping & dinner. However, staff was not very friendly and milk for coffee is only provided on first day. No refills.

First, the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and was happy to give us ideas on hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Unlike our hotel in Queenstown, she had good knowledge of the Te Anau area and seemed happy to share her local knowledge with guests. Beautiful room with good view of Lake Te Anau. Nice kitchen and appliances. Nice shower and tub. En suite laundry.

The motel is in a great location overlooking the lake. My apartment was clean, well-furnished and very comfortable, with soft towels, a great shower and a well-equipped kitchen. The hosts have clearly put a lot of effort into their property. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Te Anau.

Wonderful room. Great view from the balcony and just across the street from the lake. Location is central and easy to access tour meeting sites and restaurants. Room was spacious and very clean. The site is also very quiet. Beds are quite comfortable, and laundry is available in the room.

Everything was fantastic! As described, it better. The quality of the deluxe apartments was perfect. All appliances were high end and what a treat to have a beans to cup coffee machine to use each morning. An ideal location with balcony overlooking the lake at Te Anau. Very friendly staff and a great location with only a short walk to the centre , and the shops and restaurants there. A well lid out apartment with a small but adequate kitchenette (no oven) but still managed to cook a Christmas dinner.

Big spacious rooms located in a place right in front of the lake. Couldn’t ask for a better view, spent most of the time on the patio furniture outside. Only reason for taking away 1 star is that TV didn’t work for the two nights we were there and since there is not much to do after nightfall, had to watch movies on our phones.
