Inside private garage and a nipa hut in the backyard. Located in a cul-de-sac , no vehicles or tricycles passing by except for those who live in the area, close to all amenities. You will enjoy the high speed internet provided by Converge with FiberX 1500 plan. 2 smart TVs for you and the kids to enjoy. Kitchen has newly purchased microwave, air fryer, stove/oven and fridge. The 2 full bathroom upstairs have hot water available. Dining table can fit up to 8 people. Large living room area with open concept.
