Chambre très bien pour fauteuil roulant

La chambre était très bien, très adaptée pour un fauteuil roulant, la seule chose à modifier serait la poubelle de la salle de bain qui est une poubelle à pied, inutilisable pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. À mon sens il faudrait, soit une poubelle fixée en hauteur, soit une poubelle haute avec ouverture automatique par le haut! Merci encore!

problems with receptionists

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. He didn't meet us or even say hello when we came in. He was busy having a personal conversation with a visitor about personal matters. This is unacceptable. We had to wait a long time and while the children wanted to sleep. This is impolite towards new residents of this hotel. The second receptionist was so busy in the kitchen that we had to wait a long time for the demagnetized keys to be renewed. The whole vacation was wonderful, except for the receptionists.

2eme fois dans cet hôtel. La 1ere fois s’était très bien passé, mais cette fois, le service à table a été très (trop) long. Je pense que nos desserts avaient été omis. Dommage. Je réessaye cet établissement mardi en espérant que ça se passe mieux sinon j’irai ailleurs pour mes prochains déplacements professionnels (pourtant très réguliers dans ce secteur).
