Private: natural state property 1'000 m2. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house. Supermarket 12 km, bus stop "Tävelsås skola" 850 m, railway station "Växsjö" 14 km, ferry "Karlskrona" 97 km, lake Tävelsåssjön 600 m.
"Strömslund", 2-room house 50 m2. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and TV. Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating.
