Located on a lovely quiet street yet only a short walk to the beach and great cafes, it ticks all the boxes for fun family getaways to Mt Maunganui. With a great outdoor entertaining area and BBQ and hot tub on offer, you'll enjoy the ease of the indoor / outdoor flow from the living area.
The Space:
Set over two levels -The living, dining and kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom are all the ground floor level. Upstairs has the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. Ceiling fans and air-conditioning allow for comfort over the summer months. Outside offers space for entertainment including an inviting hot tub, a great socializing seating area and BBQ for alfresco dining. The hot tub is available from April until end of October.
There is carparking for 1 cars in the driveway and on street parking.

The property and house accommodated us all beautifully. The house is well presented with generous facilities provided. It was quiet and peaceful to come back to at the end of the day. My granddaughter (7 yo) said she wanted to live there!I would definitely recommend Villa on Valley Rd.Many thanks from a grateful family.
