Such a great little treasure! Room was clean, bed was super comfy and we even had a small lawn with a picnic table available to use. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, the walls are thick, so you won’t hear your neighbours snore… Can’t wait to go back and visit again.

Overall very happy wirh the room and location of the hotel, central location close to the city. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning. It was warm and the room gets quite stuffy. A small fan was provided but didn't do too much to cool things down.

Super dated, also some of the cabinets were water damaged and have not been replaced. A couch was provided however it was so uncomfortable we chose to sit on the bed instead. There is no AC or heat pump. The only thing this Motel had going for it was the location as it was a short walk to the CBD and that there is free parking in site. Suffice to say I would not stay here again.

スーペリア スタジオに３名で宿泊しました。 【部屋の設備について】 クイーンベッド１台とシングルベッド１台の部屋は綺麗でお洒落です。 シャワールームの水圧や温度調整などの具合も良く、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが置いてあり、試しに使ってみたらなかなか質が良かったです。アメニティにメイク落としがあるのも嬉しかったです。 キッチンには電気コンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ケトル、包丁、まな板、鍋、フライパン、トング、ポット、グラス、マグカップ、お皿、カトラリー、塩胡椒、パックのコーヒーや紅茶などがありました。 【立地と環境】 静かなエリアですが壁はあまり厚くないです。私たちが宿泊したときは特に問題なく静かな夜を過ごせました。 車で２分、歩いて１５分くらいの場所にレストランやショップが集まっているので立地が良いです。 【オプション】 駐車場、洗濯機、乾燥機が無料で使えます。 Wi-Fiも無料で提供されてますが、利用登録をレセプションに依頼する必要があります。 【チェックインとレセプション】 レセプションはありますが基本的に人がおらず、チェックインのやり方はメールで送られてきます。 私はメールに気付かず返信をしなかったので電話を貰い説明を受けました。 Wi-Fiの利用登録を依頼したり、質問があるときは電話かレセプションのドア前にあるインターフォン越しにスタッフさんと話すしかないので、英会話が多少はできないとちょっと辛いかも。 ただ、スタッフさんは根気よくこちらの要望や話を理解しようと頑張ってくれてたと思うので、多少は英会話ができる！という人はビビる必要はないです。 【余談】 チェックアウトをするとき、清掃スタッフの方が日本語で話しかけてくれました。 日本に住んでたことがあるそうで日本語がとても上手だったしとても感じの良い方で、またタウランガに行くときはここを利用したいなぁと思います。
