We had a stressful experience due to a severe cyclone warning during our visit. While we understood the booking terms, we expected some level of empathy or a credit for a future stay given the weather extremes. The host was unwilling to compromise or help in any way. We are grateful to Expedia for eventually refunding us, but disappointed with the host’s response during a safety concern. We won’t be saying here again or recommending it to others

the room was listed as being 75 square meters in size but we thought it was alot smaller than that. Sofa bed was hard. No air conditioning. It was clean staff were courteous. Very noisey traffic on the road outside. Pools were great and close to the beach restaurants was also good.

Absolutely fabulous presentation of the apartment, with amazing views out one side to Pilot Bay, while from another side gave views to Mauao (the mountain) and the ocean.Well equipped & spotless apartment.Would totally recommend!
