This fully-fenced family home has five bedrooms and two lounges, making it perfect for large families, or even two families to spread out and enjoy. This modern home has a large open-plan kitchen, home gym, playroom, washing machine and dryer, and a large outdoor pool. The entire house has blackout blinds ensuring a long and restful sleep. The courtyard and pool area provide comfortable seating areas to enjoy the long summer days. A BBQ is available for use too.

This family home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac and only 7kms to Tauranga city and 12km to the beautiful Mount Maunganui beach. 3km down the road is the Bethlehem shopping centre where you will find everything you need. Across the road is a duckpond and peaceful walking track.

Space for the whole family

Spacious property that offers everything for a family getaway. Pool with all the trimmings, toys for the kids and large enough kitchen/dining areas that we didn't feel on top of each other. Just down the road from Bethlehem and the crossing so not far away from shopping and food options. Great comms/info from owners. Loved our stay and would 100% stay again. Only thing I'd say is it can get really hot as there is no air con/heatpumps (there were fans provided which was nice). Thanks for an amazing stay!
