This welcoming, cosy and newly refurbished self-contained unit has its own private entrance and off-street parking. It is perfectly located in a quiet part of Otumoetai and has a private entrance to the Otumoetai Golf Course.

At a walking distance to Kulim park and beach, 15 min drive to the popular Mt Maunganui beaches and 5 -10 min drive from Tauranga CBD & waterfront, 5 min from the Bureta and the Cherrywood shops and restaurants, this is the perfect place for a small family or couple get away, for golf lovers or for those needing a short-term base.

This guest unit is attached to the main house but the internal access door is locked off for your privacy and you will have your own private entrance and fenced off outdoor space (including table, benches and BBQ) to give you the privacy to enjoy the native birdlife or enjoy the sun after a round of golf.

The space is made up by a bedroom with 1 x queen bed and wardrobe; a newly refurbished bathroom with new shower, toilet and bath; and a converted dining and living area with a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed.

It has a kitchenette with single stove, small fridge/freezer, air frier, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, pots/pans and cooking utensils.

Guest can access their own TV and WI-FI is unlimited.

The guest unit has a private access to the golf course, which you are welcome to use (see photo - although please note this is not the view from the deck).
