Excellent location opposite The Mount. Safe parking. Safe access to the building. Cleaning not thorough. Fridge was completely frosted up and needed defrosting. Washing machine dispenser full of caked soap and tub needed cleaning. Deck needed cleaning.

Property was close to beach and shops, very central and nice and new However there were a few things that could be improved on. Our room faced a high rise building site, not a pleasant view of The Mount that we were expecting. We sat on balcony eating breakfast watched by the builders. These rooms should be cheaper whilst building going on There was no salt in kitchen and pepper shaker had no batteries. No dishwasher tablets either. And only 3 tissues in box in bathroom Other than the really disappointing view, the other things are minor but still affected our enjoyment.

Air conditioner was not working. We weren't told of this and only found out by the sign on the conditioner. No plug for the sink. Soap dispenser empty in shower. Sauce pan lid but no pan. Washing machine but dryer or line to hang washing. Key card stopped working after the first night. Car parks are very small, ok for little cars but SUV or Ute parking is hard to fit. I don't usually do reviews but i thought id share as this room was very expensive.

We loved the location. We could walk to the beach in just a few short minutes and there were food options close by as well. We also loved the hot pools just right across the street!

Lovely location with views of the harbour. Room was small and there was no inside table or seats (noticeable as it was raining and we couldn't use the balcony). Some of the crockery was dirty from previous guests. Shower a bit splashy! Very comfortable bed and easy access to garaging and street.

Couldn’t have been in a better location! We wanted to be near Mount Maunganui, and it was practically on our doorstep. We were also literally across the street from the hot pools, had one beach a one-minute walk to our left and another a one-minute walk to our right. We were also surrounded by countless restaurants, stores, and cafes. This unit was spotless, large, laid out wonderfully, and had absolutely everything you could possibly need — even a washer and dryer. The unit had its own assigned parking spot, and the entire property was ultra safe, with fobs to open doors and gates after hours. I would stay here again without question and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to family and friends.
