On a quiet cul de sac, backing onto a beautiful reserve with playground, Aintree is just 3 mins drive to the beach and 2 min to the area’s largest retail hub.
The renovated interior is light, airy and meticulously clean. Stylishly decorated, you’ll feel spoiled by top quality linen, beds and furniture. A fully-fenced backyard sees all-day sun for alfresco dining, plus private access to the park.
Aintree is an ideal choice for families, holiday-makers, travellers or those here on business.
Garage isn't available for guest use as owners belongings are stored there. Owners may need to access garage from time to time but access does not rely on guest facilitation or interaction and does not involve or affect any guest spaces in the home or the home's garden.

We are thrilled that you have chosen our holiday home for your upcoming trip! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for you and your group, please take a moment to read through our rental agreement.
HOUSE RULES
1. No smoking anywhere inside or on property.
2. Please do not use any type of towel, including face cloths, to wipe off make-up, or use towels on skin that has artificial tanning products applied, as this can add extensive cost to the laundering process and often cause irreparable staining. From February 2024, we will be supplying cotton pads and make up remover to ensure that our linen stock is preserved. If towels or linen are heavily stained, replacement items will be charged to the guests like any other damage to property.
3. Absolutely no parties, events or large gatherings - no noise outside after 10 p.m.or before 7 a.m. We reserve the right to visit and inspect the property if we are alerted to higher numbers of people in the home than expected, loud music or unruly behaviour. Failure to observe this rule can cost guests an instant termination of their booking.
4. Guests must assume responsibility for sorting their refuse into the correct bins (landfill, recycling and glass). Guests who are in house on a Monday night agree to assist by putting the correct rubbish bins out on the kerb on a Monday evening or before 7 a.m. on the Tuesday morning. If guests do not attend to refuse requirements during and on departure from their stay, any labour and/or refuse fees incurred will be applied for through Airbnb.
5. If you used the BBQ please clean it well before you depart - it should be left ready for the next guests to use - thank you!

We found this property to be very clean & tidy, with a lovely small back garden with a gate straight onto a park which was brilliant as we had our dog with us. Very friendly owners. Central location to main roads as well as an easy drive to the Mount & all the cafes and bars.

Clean well maintained property with full kitchen and cooking facilitiesand well supplied with cooking and eating utensils
Good washing machine but no dryer However handy clothesline.
Short Drive or 15 minute walk to Bayfair or Omanu Beach which has a surf lifesaving presence over Summer.

Great location, Mel was amazing!!
Great location, Omanu patrolled beach only a few minutes away.
Accomodation was spotless and had been thought out very well including charging adaptors for phones!
Mel was super accomodating with any queries we had, and pet friendly was a big plus😀

SCHOOL HOLIDAY helping with care of one teen
Quiet well equipped 2 bedroom property small backyard but gate through to public park with childrens playground . Walking distance about 15 minutes to Bayfair and baywave both popular teenage hangouts as well as the mount beach
House was clean and tidy with everything you need for a stay, park access was excellent.
No extractor fan in bathroom so kept window open the whole time to avoid moisture, and garage is not available.
