Good things come to those who wait. We've known Britta (...bakes the best cakes in all of Eiderstedt...) and Robert (...has a knack for business, real estate, and beautiful things...) for a long time, and when we saw they were looking to sell their wonderful house, everything happened pretty quickly. A new, Scandinavian-style home on one level – right in the heart of Tating Village, with a sand dune dotted with beach grass – this combination of Danish charm and modern design makes the property simply HYGGE. Inside – 150 perfectly divided, ground-level square meters, plus two large south-facing terraces for relaxed outdoor living, allowing for maximum relaxation without any fuss. And the new pearl in the necklace from THE ROOMS is a real eye-catcher! If you like modern – HERE YOU GO – this is the way: Black floors with underfloor heating, contrasting with smooth white walls – that's the HOOK-LINE. A luxury kitchen of the finest quality, bathrooms to die for, four double bedrooms, a dining table with Eames chairs where you can also play billiards, plus an XXL sofa massage the senses like the BASS-LINE in your favorite song. Many, many floor-to-ceiling windows let light into the spacious living-dining area, provide views to the terraces, and connect the inside and outside of the house into a wonderful arrangement. Speaking of outside – both terraces are perfectly equipped. One for sun worshippers with a beach chair and beach club seating area. The other one features lounge furniture, a barbecue area, and a glass roof, which is also a great place to sit when the weather gods aren't in a good mood – OR we have one of those tropical nights in the summer (we're supposed to be getting more of them...). The story of Room 27a wouldn't be complete without the sauna area – ideal as an ONTRO after an eventful day – rain or shine. Fiber optic or other high-speed networks are not as well-developed as you might be used to at home (and neither are we...). Therefore, a Wi-Fi connection has been set up for you via a Vodafone GigaCube from the mobile network, which (mostly) does its job flawlessly for normal household use (web surfing, listening to music, TV video streaming). Unfortunately, it's not suitable for supporting commercial image editing programs and office-quality video conferencing – you don't want that on vacation anyway (if you're honest...).
