One of the best hotels of Tashkent and undoubtedly a beautiful hotel with almost all the facilities under one roof ranging from dining to banking. Beautiful well equipped rooms with all the basic amenities and a delicious breakfast with lot of choices. Fruits and nuts are ample to choose from and all of them are equally tasty. The fruits here are found nowhere else it seems. The breakfast has lot of vegetarian options, so no problem for the vegetarians. A nice big swimming pool to relax and a big gym to do some workouts. A money exchange counter at the ground floor which is a bank branch itself, so the best rates available always and open 24 hours, with specified break hours. Superbb facilities in the hotel including the rooms which are spacious and comfy. Bed is comfy and pillows need a special mention. I heard everything has been brought in from Korea for this hotel, might be. The locker in my room didn't work properly and the ironing board is not present in every room, available on request. The bathroom accessories need a makeover, some of the showers and taps need a replacement as they are old styled. The souvenir shop in the hotel is overly priced and too expensive charging almost 10 times for the same thing from the market outside. So be careful and buy only when u really don't have time to go out. The bowl which was 9000 Som in local market is being sold for almost 90000 Som (10USD) here. Located centrally just in front of the Navoiy Theater, the Opera can be easily accessed which is one of the famous attractions of the city. Amir Timur Statue is just a 10 min walk from the hotel. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Tashkent. Five STARS ...
This hotel is ideally located and is well run with friendly staff. It is well appointed and our room on the fifth floor was very good. Nice comfortable bed. Rooms facing the Alisher Navoi theater and away from Islom Karimov Avenue would seem to be the quietest. Excellent breakfast on offer.
The hotel was neat and clean , with good staff and an old-world feel. The breakfast was fine and the pool area OK as was the location. It is expensive but that is dictated by the market. Wi Fi was woeful and not to a top hotel's standard and in fact most of the time did not work. The rating is not relative to other hotels in Uzbekistan but world-wide as this is a major hotel in a Capital City.
More deserving of 5 stars. Really nice big room, with large bed that was very comfortable with good quality linen. Two lounge chairs and a coffee table, writing desk and chair. Good size bathroom, very clean. Complimentary fruit and water. Good air conditioning. Very nice breakfast. Excellent roof top terrace bar and restaurant. Lovely staff. Good location. Could not fault.
I only had the opportunity to spend one night here, but the hotel is quite luxurious. The room was tastefully decorated, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. By far the best part of the hotel was the breakfast. There was a very large selection of hot and cold food, and there is something to suit different tastes. I definitely plan to come back here for a longer stay in the future.
Stayed two different nights on a 5+ week tour of the 5 Stans and the Caucasus--Rooms 391 and 215. No problems but room 391 was located overlooking one the major traffic intersections and was noisy. The best breakfast buffet of the trip. Rooms ware clean and comfortable. Ask for a room near an elevator since the rooms at the end of the hallways are a long walk.
Lotte city Tashkent palace hotel Tashkent The Lotte is a very good hotel to stay at the rooms are large, spacious and well appointed. The bed was, importantly in this part of the world, soft and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and a good number could speak English quite well, the bar area was very nice. The hotel has a money exchange office which was very handy. The hotel is in a fairly quiet tree lined area with two stations on the ‘must be visited’ metro. Breakfast was brilliant, with a superb outdoor area to eat if you felt like it. Only weakness was a pretty insipid A/C system. Happily stay here again
We stayed here as part of a birding trip and it was great. The room was big with a comfortable bed and a clean well stocked bathroom. They provided 2 bottles of water each day and good WiFi access. The breakfast was good with a large variety of eastern and western food on offer. The hotel is conveniently situated near museums and the opera house, as well as a metro station and parks. There is a well stocked gym and a large outdoor pool with well kept gardens. There is a money changing facility so you can get local currency from the hotel, as well as ATM's. There is a small boutique selling local trinkets and a small selection of clothing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
A delightful hotel with very good amenities, a money exchange on site , very helpful staff and all in all quite satisfactory ,even luggage was left to collect at a later date was no problem, comfortable rooms
Very good, comfortable, feels like home. Would recommend this hotel. Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
