Friendly worker. Cleane, Room, comfortable bed, Good View, Nice entrance, Good Food, Friendly employer, Good facilities, Hills club, new machines. excellent environment, i felt like home, convention center is very well organised.
My stay was unfortunately for one night only but I enjoyed the space of the room including the space of the bathroom very much. Breakfast variety of fresh juices and smoothies is remarkable. Despite the fact we were a big group of people also checkin process was bearable.
I loved it! Beautiful SPA, swimming pool and a terrace with the bar on the top floor. Modern bedroom, fully equipped. Music was almost everywhere... It was just perfect! Looking forward to coming back!
The rooms are great, with really good design and atmosphere. However, the service lacks attention and work. Reception is busy talking to each other. They do not listen to requests and decide to transfer the call to other places with no answer. When calling them second time, they decide to put on hold and never answer back, then drip the phone. The bar on 7th floor is also busy talking to each other and it takes them around half an hour to print the bill, and another 15 minutes to take the money. As for the change, they simply prefer to forget about it, hoping customers leave it. I believe this is not what the ‘best’ hotel in Tashkent should be like. Will hope for a better change of service quality next time
I had a club-level room on the 6th floor. Room was very comfortable; bathroom was great. Overall hotel staff solicitous and helpful. Spa, gym and pool on 7 are all excellent. Club services are extremely limited in terms of hours and services so don't bother paying for access. Conference space is well laid out and staff is professional. At least one or two people who spoke good English were always available.
Well worth a visit in this sumptuous hotel that can serve as an excellent base for back-room prep for business around town. Excellent spa. Caring and attentive staff, who all have a good command of English.
this was our third time staying in this Hotel . The Uzbek hospitality combined with efficient and capable managers and employees guarantee a very pleasant stay . The rooms are well equipped and loaded , clean and spacious . The breakfast with a wide verity was not only the eye opener but the delicious local dishes such as Samosa and Plove which was prepared fresh every day combined with the personnal courtesy of the Chef himself would make your day a bright one . the . The employies were were friendly and conserend about your conmfort all the time. Athough the hotel was fully booked during of our 7 day stay , but it did not effect the level of service at all . We also had the chance to go to the Spa and the Pool which is located on the 7th floor and had a nice view of the city and also open space for sun bathing or just taking some fresh air , The pool and spa are well equipped but unfortunately the smell of chlorine was very strong and irritating and we had to bare with it every day during our stay . the pool area was not clean as expected and the towels were sometimes scares during the peak hours ,they were clean but mostly worn out . I am confident that this hotel is completely different from any were else in Tashkent and the cost defiantly justifies the service and comfort you receive
We stayed in Hyatt Regency Tashkent every our trip for last year. And if at first we experienced some not quite right moments in service, starting from June of 2019 a lot changed in their service for the better. Hotel and restaurant staff is more professional and the level of hospitality increased tremendously. Come and see yourself!
I have to disclose that I did not spend the night here (I’m, sadly, at a nearby hotel), but I came here for dinner tonight and was very impressed by the glamour that is the Tashkent Hyatt! Very impressive architecture and very professional service. The Sette Italian restaurant is also quite good! I’d love to stay here the next time I’m in town.
The upstairs restaurant has wonderful view of Tashkent. The food was OK, and a little expensive, but the staff made the experience worth it. Ask for Shodiya, at the restaurant upstairs. Her service was incredible, I wish all waitresses were like her.
