Need restauration its too old, poor clean, and the bed in my room bad

This hotel is dirty all over, old and very poor condition to welcome customers. I was very disappointed with the room, bath, elevators, what a disaster. 😱

The ceiling is leaking in the bathroom no ice machine, no vending machine, and the manager doesn’t come in until 7:00am for me to complain about the service of the room

Pros: Cheap, clean bed and room (not bathtub), swim pool Cons: Dirty bathtub, balcony door was too old and unlockable so felt a bit unsafe Note: one of the alarms in the room had low battery, ot was beeping every 30 sec, staff was nice and quickly changed the whole unit for us

Well first off when you get to a hotel parking lot and you read a sign that says “park at your own risk” that’s a bit concerning to start your stay. Then you have the staff that barley speaks any English and hardly understands you when you need extra towels or anything else, except the front desk they spoke clear English. The carpet by the elevator was always wet and there was no wet floor sign or anything like that to be found around it and also the elevator constantly had a weed smell in it like somebody had just finished smoking. I understand that you get what you pay for in a cheap hotel, but still I feel like no effort was put into that establishment or there just needs to be better management. Oh and our room also had a broken balcony door, the electrical outlets were not covered up and were loose, and we didn’t have hot water at all while we stayed there for the 3 days we were there

Very comfortable and private enjoyed the pool the beds were comfortable and the room was great, outside of the prices. I’m very satisfied

The bathrooom was disgusting . They have nothin but drug addicts running through here it’s not a environment to take ur kids to

The room was nice not enough towel and the elevator taking too long

Cheap, not far from MetLife Stadium. Pool wasn’t open, elevator didn’t work, shower dropped all night, but it was cheap

Very freindly staff. Check in and check out was a breeze

Carpet is filthy. Drapes in room were filthy. I can give a list of improvements that need to b made. I would not recommend this place to someone who is very clean. Also there are security issues that needs to be addressed.

horrible this hotel is nasty the rooms are disgusting the bathroom everything

Great place to stay the staff was very nice and helpful

No microwave, no fresh soap, and towel old suit , old bed

When we checked in our room key didn't work. After we got a new key went to the room there is only one small light you have to walk through the dark in the rest of the room to turn on the lamps. The next morning I went to get coffee and think I heard people having sex and offered me free coffee and it was frothy. I have never seen frothy coffee so I threw it out before drinking it. Would love and orbitz credit.

Good location. Rooms need to be renovated. Phone inside the room didn’t work. Bathroom wallpaper coming from the wall. Curtain rod not installed properly and coming off wall. Bathroom curtain not wide enough to spend out. Bath tub stained.

Nasty smelly disgusting !!! Will never go there again!!!

Not good Dirty Ad very misleading Showed nice restaurant, lovely pool, as we could check in at 1pm but they wouldn’t let us until 3pm You reserved a king room for us but they only had a room with 2 dbl beds. As we had a small pet we had nowhere else to go at that time so we had to stay. At check out they could not show us the bill because the room had been booked online. Also had a fire alarm go off at 1 am and caused fire trucks and police cars to show up.
