On the upper floor, you will find a bright living room and an open concept kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals (with ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven-microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, all types of kitchen utensils , Italian and American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, pressure cooker, blender and oil-free fryer). From here, you access a large private terrace of 15 square meters that has a relaxing jacuzzi, two comfortable hammocks for sunbathing, a small table to enjoy drinks outdoors, a refrigerator to keep your soft drinks cold and a clothesline for your daily needs.



On the lower floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which guarantees the privacy and comfort of all guests.
