Maintenance needed

Nice motel have stayed there before,It’s in a quiet area ,comfortable large bed . The main problem with the room was The toilet seat wasn’t attached to the toilet it was just sitting on the toilet pan The shower grout had mould in it but would stay there again but need to keep up the maintenance 🤔

I am 82 years old and this accommodation is suggested by WOTIF as being OK - it is the worst place I have ever stayed in - no receptionist - no service - very noisy being next to the laundry - SIMPLY A PLACE NOT TO STAY! NOT WORTH 1 STAR

Perfect for what we needed. Clean. Little noisey from being on main road. Bring ear plugs. Exhaust fan in bathroom very noisey and needs replacement., other rooms nearby would hear it buzzing and rattling in the late hours of the night. Otherwise pretty happy. Staff friendly.

Smoke smelling nightmare

We did not see one staff member the whole time. The door only just opens as the bed is right there. It is very cramped but the biggest issue was the smell of smoke. You could not escape it. The windows when shut still have a breeze coming through so the smoke from all the smokers out the front just comes straight in. Under the door and through the windows.

Best motel in area. Room was clean. Bed was. Comfortable although too hard for me. Once the smell of cleaners left the room, it smelt damp and musty like old socks. Carpet needs a good clean or replacing. If having to stay in Tarree this is the pick of motels.
