We stayed here for one night for a stop over whilst travelling. The rooms were large and clean, the staff were friendly.. The pool didn't look very inviting though as it was a greenish colour. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it. It has a little play area / park facilities for kids

The system needs half ratings, because there is a big difference between average and very good. I would rate this as good. It is clean and reasonably comfortable. I stayed in the other Comfort Inn in Taree previously (Marco Polo) and this is clearly the better pick. Rooms are small but ok. The only issue not apparent in the photos is with my room at least, you could not watch TV from the armchair. Free "high speed" internet ran at 5mbps which I found is fine to scream a TV show on my iPad.

We were travelling down from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne and had found a free campsite just north of Taree to stay at. When we got close to it in the fog and dark we found the bottom of the forest track that lead to the site and decided that it had all the elements of a new Australian horror movie so headed away to find a bed with heating and electrics! We drove in to Taree and tried the first place we came across. What a result. We had a warm room and an excellent bed with very nice bedding. Slept really well and enjoyed a nice shower in the morning to set me up for another day of driving. The receptionist was very welcoming and the staff we had interactions with were all friendly.

When you're road tripping sometimes you just need a clean room, comfortable bed & nice hot shower...all of which were provided. Service at check in & out was friendly. Location was easy. Basic motel breakfast in the room was fine.

Nice friendly welcome at reception. The motel is on a fairly busy main road, however accommodation is set back from the road quite well. We were not disturbed by traffic noise overnight as it seemed to die off about 9.30pm and we woke to the alarm clock at 6.45am. The bed linen was clean, and bed/pillows reasonable. Bathroom was clean and supplied all necessary needs. Jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery is modern and clean. Nice bench space and mirror in living area is good, however the older motel features have severely restricted the space, i.e. small size of room makes it feel very cramped with all the larger furniture. No WIFI available. Reasonable accommodation for an overnight stay at a 3.5 star accommodation.

Stayed here twice now. Great experience both times. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Some of the most comfortable pillows I've slept on in my travels and the beds are first class. The rooms have everything you need to look after yourself and are clean and tidy. The beds and the staff are the standout though. Just what you need after a long days travel and or work at Taree.

We stayed for one night on our way home to Sydney last Saturday in room 6, The reception gentleman was very friendly, & we were very pleased with our room. The bathroom was quite spacious with everything that you could possible want in a bathroom. The decorator had thought of everything a lady looks for. The king size bed was very comfortable. The small sitting room with the little couch was a blessing to sit & read or use my computer to watch netflex using the free wifi that worked very well, while hubby watched the TV with foxtel. The tea/coffee tray offered all you needed for a nice cuppa. The small fridge was useful. What I found most pleasing was how well the cleaning staff had done their job, congrats to them excellent work. Other motels or hotels are not this clean, they did not miss anything, not a speck of dust anywhere in the room. We would definitely stay again should the need arise.

It's a bed, cleverly used space for storage with a bit of room around it. But the bed is fab, everything you need is in the room and it is spotlessly clean. Short walk to a restaurant and excellent heating/cooling. I'll be back!

There isn't a lot of room to move around but the room does what is required. Basic needs met and service by staff is outstanding. Friendly and welcoming. The pool is lovely and clean. Car park was easy to access with nice wide spaces

Stayed here for 1 night on business and was satisfied with the room and the service received. The Room is basic however it met my expectations as I wasn't after anything spectacular. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful so I really couldn't fault my stay.
