Whether you want to relax or are looking for an eventful time, our holiday homes are the ideal place for your vacation. Enjoy a few laps in the pool before breakfast and relax in the evening on our spacious terrace with a glass of wine. Experience the breathtaking coast of Istria with its beautiful beaches and enjoy the diverse cultural offerings in nearby Poreč or Novigrad or take advantage of the numerous water sports and leisure activities and let yourself be pampered by the excellent Mediterranean cuisine of Istria. Location
Vabriga, 700 m above sea level. The villa is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. With us you will find the perfect place for your relaxing vacation. Let yourself go and enjoy the tranquility of a small village only 10 minutes away from Poreč and Novigrad. Crystal blue sea, the mild climate, Mediterranean landscapes, unique cultural treasures and warm hospitality make Istria so distinctive. Odysseus did not want to leave here, the Italians even took the whole peninsula for themselves and left their mark on the cuisine and language. Empress Elisabeth also spent many happy holidays here and recovered in the mild climate.



Here, in the middle of the small, picturesque Croatian village of Vabriga, we built two new holiday villas for you in 2018, to the best of our knowledge and belief, with everything that is part of a perfect holiday for us. And all of this is only a six-hour drive from Munich.



You will find modern equipment, high-quality designs, two pools, spacious bedrooms and living rooms, kitchens equipped with all amenities, lovingly designed gardens, terraces and balconies - in short, the finest oases of wellbeing. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport.

Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early March to early November, 4 m x 8 m, depth 4 m).
