The nicely arranged open-plan ground floor also consists of a lobby, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a comfortable living room equipped with SAT TV and stereo. The rustic and minimalist details are perfectly combined in decorating the interior of the villa Torre II creating a comfortable living space, while the beauty of the exterior is accentuated by the eye-catching blue blinds.



The 650 m2 large garden, fully enclosed with a 170 cm high hedge, features a nice swimming pool (24m2) for those in search of daily refreshment, sun-loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor dining table and a large charcoal barbecue. The villa's offer includes 2 private parking spaces.
