The chic 'Villa Oliveti' is quietly situated on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar, only 2 km from the sea. On 170 m² of living space, the house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms en suite offers plenty of comfort for up to 8 people.
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house is a spacious living-dining area overlooking large pool, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another bathroom with shower / toilet. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.
Outside, the covered sitting area and the 3.5 x 11 m pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property (3 parking spaces). The large garden with olive grove is completely fenced and offers maximum privacy. If you are planning a relaxing vacation with your family or friends, a quiet vacation in luxury but in seclusion, this is the place for you.

Tolles Ferienhaus…

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in der Villa Oliveti genossen. Die Anreise war aufgrund der genauen Wegbeschreibung einfach. Wir wurden sehr freundlich mit gekühlten Getränken und einem Obstkorb durch den Vermieter empfangen. Der Pool ist einzigartig (15x4m, Salzwasser). Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Insgesamt ist alles hochwertig, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vor Ort sind reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Restaurants sind gut zu erreichen. Das Ferienhaus und die Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen. Familie Mai, August 2022
