This stylish house is built in traditional Istrian style. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There are two shady verandas with sea view and outdoor fireplace/barbecue. The interior decoration is simple and uncluttered. Air conditioned in beroorooms and living room. Underfloor heating also ensures a comfortable stay "off season" when you can enjoy the hidden gems of Istrian scenary and our tips for the best places to eat in the region. The house is in a quite corner of the scenic village of Vabriga. The village store is reachable on foot and a supermarket and multiple restaurants are also nearby.

High quality and comfortable villa

We have enjoyed staying in this villa every moment. Very comfortable stay especially for families with children as this house has a well-thought-out planning with lots of space and high standard for everything in the house. The villa was very clean upon arrival. Car is recommended to drive (only few minutes) to the beach in Lanterna resort or Santa Marina. Restaurants in Vabriga are within walking distance (a Modo Mio restaurant especially recommended). Will definitely consider coming back to this property.

Spotless and very comfortable

This property is not easy to find as it is on an unnamed road and the GPS cannot locate it. But it is well worth the effort to find it as it is a really nice place, excellent off road parking, behind electric gate. Property is spotless. All items in the house are quality and there are plenty of utensils, pots, pans etc.dishes, crockery. The Outside areas are really nice. There is a sea view, but it is quite a distance away. The bathrooms are spacious, and bedrooms are very comfortable and quality bedding supplied. Excellent WiFi. A light and airy house. Excellent value for the quality. Highly recommend

Perfect for families

We stayed in this villa in July and were very pleased with our stay. The villa was spacious and clean, with large rooms and bathrooms. The garden and pool were perfect for the kids. I can still remember the amazing smell from the lavender bushes! All in all the villa is of very high standard. Another thing to point out is that Vabriga is within driving distance of several amazing cities: Porec, Rovinj, Novigrad, Pula, Motovun - from this house you can really explore the whole region! We would definitely return again to exactly this house. John from Norway

Tolles Haus, empfehlenswert

Für uns (Fam mit großen und kleinen Kindern) war das Haus perfekt. Die Zimmeraufteilung super gut, jeder sein Bad, der separate Aufgang zu den beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Außenanlage des Hauses hat ebenfalls eine sehr gute Auftreilung, wir haben jeden Abend auf der Terasse verbracht. Abzüge gibt es nur für die nähere Umgebung des Hauses (Baustelle, Mülltonnen der umliegenden Häuser vor dem Tor). Der kleine Ort war für uns auch absolut in Ordnung, kurzer Weg mit dem Auto in die umliegenden Küstenorte.Insgesamt eine Weiterempfehlung für den Urlaub im Haus.

Schönes Haus, gute Lage

Wir waren vom 10-19.9.22 in der Villa Miramar im Urlaub. Sehr nette Begrüßung von Tamara (deutsch sprechend), welche uns auch sehr gute Restaurant-Tipps gab. Wir haben die ruhige Umgebung, den tollen Pool und das schöne Haus sehr genossen. Nicht zu vergessen, die sehr bequemen Betten. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in kurzer Zeit in Porec, hat viele Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen oder Ausflüge zu machen. Für uns hatte es leider etwas zu wenig Privatsphäre, da der Pool und ein Teil des Gartens vom Nachbar eingesehen werden können. Evtl könnte man da von Seiten Vermieter etwas mehr Sichtschutz in Form von mehr Büschen organisieren. Da dieser Punkt für uns sehr wichtig ist, würde ich das Haus (wirklich nur aus dem Grund) wahrscheinlich nicht mehr buchen. Aber wen das nicht stört, das Haus ist echt toll. Bezüglich Wetter; wir hatten bis auf einen Tag Traumwetter mit viel Sonnenschein.

Ein sehr sauberes und schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen Räumen ist eine Klimaanlage und der Pool wird regelmäßig gesäubert. Jedoch sollte man Moskitospray einpacken, wenn man in Ruhe draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen möchte. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumurlaub in mediterraner Umgebung

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub erlebt! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und genauso, wie abgebildet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Klimmaanlage, Waschmaschine, Fliegengitter usw.). Unsere beiden Teenager haben es genossen, jeweils ein eigenes Zimmer mit Bad zu haben. Die beiden überdachten Terrassen (die luftige obere hat sogar Meerblick), der Garten und der Pool (ca. 7,0 m x 3,5 m) sind ein Traum. Im Garten stehen drei Olivenbäume, jede Menge Lavendel und Oleander. Zusammen mit der Natursteinfassade des Hauses ergibt alles ein wunderbar mediterranes Flair. Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt werden einmal wöchentlich gewartet. Das Auto parkt schattig im abgeschlossenen Grundstück unter einem dichten Dach aus Pflanzen (2 Stellplätze). Von den Nachbarn - es ist ja eine Doppelhaushälfte - bekommt man fast nichts mit. Die Lage, am Ende einer kleinen Sackgasse, ist absolut ruhig. Einzig die Schotterstraße ist ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Sie wird wohl erst asphaltiert, wenn alle Grundstücke in der Umgebung vollständig bebaut sind. Der Kontakt zu Conor, dem Vermieter, sowie zu Tamara, der perfekt deutsch sprechenden Betreuerin vor Ort, war sehr freundlich. Ein kaputter Sonnenschirm wurde umgehend ersetzt. Tamara stand mit Rat und Tat sowie Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps zur Seite. In Vabriga selbst gibt es zwei Supermärkte: Tommy und Plodine. Zum Plodine sind wir jeden Morgen gelaufen (ca. 10 min.). Die Brötchen sind lecker :-) Ausflugstipp von uns: Eine abendliche Delphin-Bootstour von Porec aus. Es gibt jede Menge Anbieter und kostet überall dasselbe (25 EUR/Erw. und 14 EUR/Ki.). Außerdem haben uns die Städtchen Novigrad und Motovun besonders gut gefallen. Für uns war es der erste Kroatienurlaub und es hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Wir kommen gern wieder. Die Villa können wir absolut empfehlen. Für 6 Leute ist sie perfekt. Bei 8 Leuten wird es in einem Schlafzimmer wohl etwas eng (ausgezogene Schlafcouch und wahrscheinlich für 2 Kinder gut geeignet). Ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus

Sie erwartet ein super und hochwertig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Das Haus ist mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir wurden durch den Vermieter gut betreut und bekamen auch hilfreiche Tipps bezüglich der An- und Abreise. Vor Ort wurden wir mit reichlich Informationsmaterial für Aktivitäten versorgt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful villa, super location!!

I absolutely loved this villa! Being a family with 4 kids, I don't book hotels anymore. Upon arrival I already felt at home, perfectly manicured lawns, crystal clear pool, the house was super clean which is a great plus point for me. Everything was perfect from booking and communicating with Conor and being welcomed by Tamara. I highly recommend! We didn't want for anything. Fantastic vacation

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir waren zu sechst für eine Woche verreist. Die Übergabe mit Tamara verlief zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Bereits im Voraus wurden uns die wichtigsten Informationen bekannt gegeben. Das Haus haben wir in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernommen. Die ganze Einrichtung, Aussen- und Innenbereich, ist noch sehr Neu, gepflegt und in einem super Zustand. Die Küche liefert alle notwendigen Utensilien und Teller, Besteck etc. sind genügend vorhanden, auch für eine grössere Gruppe. Wenn man hier noch eine Empfehlung abgeben kann, dann würde ich einen grösseren Tiefkühler vorschlagen. Es gibt ein integriertes Kühlfach im Kühlschrank, ist jedoch ein wenig klein für eine grössere Gruppe. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und die Badezimmer hatten auch alles, was man sich wünscht. Toll, hat dieses Haus 3 Badezimmer wie auch ein Gäste-WC. Wir genossen einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und waren total begeistert von diesem Haus. Vielen Dank.

Schöne Villa mit angenehmen Flair

Wir waren mehr wie zufrieden mit unseren Aufenthalt in Villa Miramar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles war sauber, aufgeräumt und einfach schön und geräumig (ein großer Plus für eigenes Bad pro Zimmer). Besonders gut hat uns der Aussenbereich, der Poolbereich und die Terrasse, gefallen. Wir hatten eigentlich vor die Umgebung mehr zu erkunden (Porec und Novigrad, sowie Badestrände, sind nicht weit weg), aber irgendwie haben wir die Zeit lieber am Poolrand verbracht. War einfach toll und entspannt. Empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter. Wir kommen wieder.
