Strategically located house between Taormina's best seaside Hotels. If you are looking to enjoy the beach as well as the vibrant and expensive Taormina without spending a fortune and without renouncing to WiFi, air-conditioning and PRIVATE PARKING, look no further!

Casa Spisone also features a private garden and last but not least a DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH of Spisone: you will only have to follow a path of about 150 meters and never cross a road!

The cable car that ferries tourists to the centre of Taormina is at just 850 meters. The entrance to the highway is at 800 meters. Etna, golf club, Catania, Messina and many other places to visit distance less than a 30 minute drive.

Once you have parked your car, the well-kept garden will lead you to a spacious terrace with a shaded area for outdoor dining. This terrace and stairs connect the 2 UNITS that make up the house.

The upstairs unit is composed as follows:
- A living room with kitchen and single bed / sofa;
- A bathroom with shower;
- A double bedroom. In this bedroom, on request, it is possible to add a cot.

The downstairs unit is made up as follows:
- One bedroom with single bed with extra pull-out bed (2 beds);
- A semi-covered courtyard with access to a toilet;
- A bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together with a shower. This room has no other windows beyond the front door and is only accessible from the courtyard which is once only accessible from the first bedroom.

On this level there is also a laundry area and an outdoor shower.

The beds are 7 in total.
There are 2 parking spaces.
All rooms are air conditioned.

All in all, Casa Spisone is a perfect beach house for families and friends.

Great location near Mazarro

We stayed at Casa Spisone with our family of 6. The house is in a great location, walk to the beach, mini market and Taormina cable car. We spent most of our time at Mazarro beach which is sandy and has a small public area. The house was great for the family with two bedrooms downstairs, although you walk through one to get to the other. Carparking was a bonus and we used the outdoor patio a lot. Overall a great place to stay if you have a small group or family and are looking to be near the beach rather than in Taormina town.

Simple house in convenient location

We loved the gardens surrounding this simple house. The furnishings are minimal and everything is very clean. I think sone comfortable seating should be added to the living space. The walk to the beach is easy and accessible. The property is convenient to Taormina and the surrounding area. Private parking is an added bonus.

Un gradevole soggiorno

Il soggiorno presso casa Spisone è stato molto gradevole. La villa è ben organizzata e suddivisa altrettanto bene negli spazi. L’unico inconveniente è il passaggio obbligato da una camera da letto per raggiungerne un’altra. Tutto era pulito, la cucina bene attrezzata, e completa degli elettrodomestici per un soggiorno più confortevole. La posizione è tranquilla, lontana da rumori fastidiosi, la spiaggia di ghiaia vicinissima con mare pulito. I proprietari gentili e puntuali. La funivia per andare a Taormina alta è vicina e molto comoda.

A wonderful place to stay

We are a friend group of seven people, and we really enjoyed the house. The father of the landlord welcomed us warmly and drove us to the next bigger supermarket for water-shopping. The only negative point: the pictures aren't that accuarate. Especially the kitchen is different than the pictures show. Thank you for service!

Sehr netter Aufenthalt

Für uns war das Haus wirklich toll! Es hat 2 Ebenen, wobei oben ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit der Küchenzeile und einer riesigen Terrasse umgeben mit Zitronenbäumen ist. Unten sind noch 2 Zimmer, ein WC und die Dusche. Nicht zu vergessen den Parkplatz. Der Strand ist ca. 3min entfernt da es einen Weg unterhalb der Straße gibt. Wir dürften alles im Haus benutzen, einen Griller inkl. Grillkohle gab es auch. Die Internetverbindung ist verlässlich und schnell -war für mich wichtig, da ich dort gearbeitet habe. Die Einrichtung ist voll in Ordnung, der Garten und die Lage sind der wichtigste Vorteil

Tæt på strand og Taormina

Vi havde to gode uger i huset. Det er som beskrevet og vist på billederne. Der er 2 minutter til stranden og nemt at komme til Taormina uden bil. Det tager ca 20 min til fods. Vi nød særligt den øverste terrasse, men hele huset fungere til en famile med fem personer. Trafik fra vejen kan høres det meste af døgnet. Christina

Ein rundherum gelungener Urlaub

Ein schönes Haus mit interessanter Aufteilung und schönem Garten. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und der Verwalter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der nahe Bach plätschert angenehm, nur bei Regen kann er auch mal laut werden. Zur Seilbahn ins Zentrum von Taormina sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und auf dem Weg dorthin liegt das Ristorante Castelluccio, in dem man hervorragend essen kann. Der Strand ist zu Fuß keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und es wird sicher nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, dass wir diese Unterkunft buchen werden. Casa perfetta per due famiglie. I giusti spazi e tanti terrazzine verde. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, wi-fi e condizionatore (che non c'è stato bisogno di usare nonostante il caldo perché la casa è molto Fresca).
