The owner refused to let us in as he had gone home. So myself and my 2 children were left on the street. I had to book another hotel. They refused to refund me. Hotels.com cannot help me Please stay away from this crook. He nearly ruined my holiday which was for the family after my wife passes away 9mths ago

Don't do it. Perhaps the burnt out car outside is unfortunate and beyond their control, the bus park right beneath the balcony and the dirty, empty swimming pool is not. The accommodation itself was fine, once behind the locked gates. Breakfast is from a paid vending machine, parking is extra, house keeping is every other day.
