Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Only 2 registered autos may be parked at the home (There is an overflow lot for additional all must be registered) No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Big beautiful home but cold
This home is beautiful. If you are looking for space that is near to all this is your place. It was well kept and we loved the home. HOWEVER, we arrived to thick ice sheets from the steps throughout the walkway. It was such a safety hazard. No where to walk around it either. Contacted the company listed and was told they can do nothing about it. I was looking for at least an offer to bring salt, but nothing. Then inside, depending on your preference can be cold. The home is set at 55 with the outside temp in the teens. It took a few hours to increase to an acceptable temperature. With all that being said the home itself was beautiful. I would suggest more consideration for guests safety and comfort.
