We arrived at 2:30 PM to check in, but it took a while for our room to be ready. From 2:30 to 4:00 PM, we were checking with the reception, and they informed us the room was not yet available. At 4:00 PM, a kind member of the reception team noticed us resting in the lobby and asked if anyone had assisted us. We explained that we had completed the check-in process and were waiting for our room. She returned to apologize that the check-in would take a bit longer, as the rooms were still not ready. The team kindly offered us welcome drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture.
At 4:40 PM, we finally received our room. After that, our stay was a great experience. We did notice some ants in the room, but it did not affect our stay. A special thank you to Hasna in the main restaurant for her positive energy and excellent cooperation—it truly made our experience even better.
Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive staff who made us feel welcome.
