You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 98 per stay (for stays between 25 June - 07 September)
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 0.11 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 12 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit)
• Deposit is payable by wire transfer and is due within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
