The Canadians

The service was great. It was nice to be able to book Tuk Turks and taxi’s fr our day trips. Couple of suggestions: get some thicker towels, and the hot water was spotty. A blanket in the room would be great as well.

Horrible service

Hotel was overbooked and the Staff was unable to arrange a replacement. Not listening to any of our arguments and at the end refunding the payment short of what we actually paid. Worst customer service I could imagine. Can’t judge the rest hence answering neutral.
