The location is great. You can walk to food and restaurants. The hotel exterior, outside and common areas are pretty well maintained. Breakfast was ok. Room is large but compare to rooms at road side motel in the USA in quality. Now for the bad - Overpriced...Duvet was stained...poor tv signal due to poor cabling...everything leaked in bathroom...towels were poor quality...terrible quality of repair work to interior...very dated...no washcloth or hand towels. You can hear everything from every direction while in your room, very handy unless you want to sleep. Until they do a renovation, I recommend staying elsewhere.

maximum I can give the hotel 2 star rating, very old furniture, old style I felt 1975-1985 styles. The internet is only in the lobby and it's not working, even though they promise to fix it during my stay but they didn't. The breakfast buffet was poor, not much for international visitor as I just eat eggs and salads, drink only coffee and tea, as 4 start hotel it's should be a very various dishes for all nationalities not only far Asian breakfast. I paid for the hotel almost USD70.00 per night and I would accept the hotel at rate not more than USD30.00 per night. The hotel located in Tanah Rata beside the bus station. less than 100 meter. If you are planning to visit Cameron Highlands I would recommend you to stay at Brinchang as I consider it the city center and all the shopping places and live is there. (night market, etc...) it will cost you from Tanah Rata to Brinchang not more than RM8-10 by taxi.
