We went at the beginning of January which is off-season so obviously some of this review is because it was winter. The weather was warm enough for me to get a tan but evenings were a little chilly so take a cardigan. I read some of the other reviews and i would like to comment on the staff who were unfailingly lovely and accomodating. Some of the staff have good French but weaker English and I wonder if some of the negative staff reviews are due to a bit of a language barrier ( the reception staff were fluent in English however) Pros: Lovely view, nice accomodation, all inclusive food was made to order, friendly staff, free hotel driver to take us to the beach, very good price, quiet, very good service, clean and well-kept. Cons: unheated pool (we still used it but everyone else found it too cold) shower was very leaky, aquapark is only open for a few months in summer
We really enjoy our stay at Lunja Village. The view was amazing! It was really close to the beach and the little villa were perfect! I would totally recommend it to couples, friends, etc. The price was really good to!
Calm place good for family vacation 25min away from main city Agadir there is a nice not too big shared pool. Once u reach u have to check if everything u need is available For ex Remote control, dryer, kettle, tolwels, if anything is missing u just call reception guys and they will send it all to ur studio in a short time u can also ask for extra pillows or covers. At the end of ur stay to avoid wasting time someone should proceed to check out earlier because it takes a long time as they have to send someone to check the room before checking u out so u'd better do it while u're still in the room
We went to this village for 10 days, hotel staff OUTSTANDING so happy and helpful all the time, however the pool bar was never open and there was no entertainment, the music around the small pool was too noisy. The food was cooked to order which was lovely and always served with a smile. Room was acceptable although no air con always kept clean .Not enough sunbeams to go around. Weather was perfect . Bar, only one staff member on in the evening running two bars .
Disgusting disgusting disgusting we have moved after spending two painful nights what an awful experience place should be closed down stay away!!!!! Holiday agencies in the UK should stop sending people to this place and ripping customers off as this place isn't suitable for any body
I my wife and 2 kids had the worst check-in experience ever, over 90 minutes wait, dirty reception hall with too many people running around, very bad organisation, very secluded, no green spaces, a stupid dark shower with a very stupid door, no AC, pool`s mosaic is coming off, cafe upstairs with no waiter, it was just an awful experience.... stay away
The first few days I wanted to write an awful review of this place, None of the staff seemed to speak to each other and communication was a little problematic. But as the days passed I realised that this is a lovely hotel and the staff are some of the most hardworking I'd ever come across - really nice, genuine people. A number of slight issues were cleared up very quickly so we could enjoy the rest of the holiday. All inclusive was well worth it. We basically eat from the same menu as the 'paying' guests - if you want trays full of generic food this isn't the pace for you. - You order from the menu Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Beer was local produce - 'stork' which was pleasant. Cocktails and local spirits also incuded. The food was very good, you could have tagines/hamburgers/pizzas/salads anything and the waiters were so hardworking and accommodating. The restaurant manager 'Abdul' was also very approachable and eager to help. There are 3 pools, all medium sized and each day you could get a sunbed on one of them - we found the one nearer the sea the less crowded and most scenic. The beach is about a 30 min walk - nice really through a cactus trail - very picturesque or the long roadway is around 40-50 mins walk. There is also a car from the village that runs every 20 mins or so down to the beach and will pick you up if you arrange a time (be wary of being hassled for camel rides at the beach). The rooms were spacious and clean, but as mentioned before No aircon. If you left your window open for a breeze it could be quite noisy till around 1am - but not most nights. Wifi in the communal areas - which I found funny - loads of families sat in reception not speaking to each other staring into their phones lol. Took a few trips - One into Agadir for the day (35mins away) and a trip into the mountains (Paradise Valley). both were worth the money and good value purchased through the village. In summary, A really good hotel which is a bit rough round the edges but we're in Morocco not Knightsbridge. I travelled with my partner and 5 kids (17-6) and all enjoyed it with no health issues whilst there. WOULD DEFFO BOOK AGAIN!
August the 23rd we have just arrived in this hotel today, the rooms are filthy not even basic cleaning done! We have sat in foyer trying to rectify this problem shown 4 more rooms which were filthy to hair on bedside cabinets cream & sticky marks everywhere! Food is disgusting pizza chips burger, there are no drink stations around only for you to pay out of a vending machine,(we are all inclusive) there’s a bar around one of the pools but it’s closed, been upstairs to 2 bars no one there, the children are so thirsty!! They are not equipped at all to do all inclusive! Still waiting to be moved to another hotel this is a painfully slow process! I have always wrote true reviews & trust me Keep away from here! Another 2 rooms shown absolutely stink of damp, manager has gone home! What a bloody waste of a day I feel like booking the next flight out of here!!

Hotel staff at reception were fantastic. Settled at the pool on day one. No pool bar for drinks but stated there was!! Decided to go to the disco on the complex due to having two 15yr old girls with us this was the only entertainment. Arrived but was told we had to pay for drinks but we were all inclusive . Nope this didn't cover the disco. so no entertainment in the evening for us. Decided to go to the water park on the complex. We were told it would be 10 euros each. But we were all inclusive. Nope this didn't include the water park.. False advertising. Make sure before you book what is included.!!
